Flat 4 is on the 3rd floor and has around 40 sq.m , has a double bed on the mezzanine and a single sofabed in the sitting room.

The kitchen with an outdoor grill is on the terrace facing the south. This terrace has shades for protection. Outside the sleeping mezzanine there is also a small terrace.
