Villajoyosa

Villajoyosa or "La Vila" as it is called in the daily language, is a colourful coastal town with around 25,000 inhabitants, very few hotels and is not tourist orientated therefore protecting its natural charm and especially the "Casco Antiguo that is a protected area not only by the local rules but also in the list of historical places.

All the flats for rent are in the Casco Antiguo and are totally rehabilitated. In front of the Casco Antiguo is the Beach Promenade of Villajoyosa with its avenue of palm trees and a sandy beach as well as a good amount of charming restaurants and bars. All this at a very short walk from the flats.
