Prices
Season
High season: From 15 June until 10 October, Christmas and Easter.
Middle season: From 10 October until 1 December and from 1 May to 15 June.
Low season: From 1 December until 1 May.
During the low season prices are given on a monthly basis.
All prices are quoted in Euros.
Information
There is a discount for rentals of several weeks, a 15% discount is given from the second week onwards. The rental period goes from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival to the flat shall be around 17. hrs. latest at 19 hrs. The day of departure the flat must be vacated at the latest at 12 hrs. In the case of a different arrival or departure this must be agreed between the owner and the tenant.
